DVLT INVESTOR ALERT: Wolf Popper LLP Announces Securities Class Action Involving DataVault AI Inc. Investors and October 5, 2026 Lead Plaintiff Deadline

NEW YORK, Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wolf Popper LLP, a nationally recognized securities litigation firm, announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed against DataVault AI Inc. (“DataVault” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DVLT) on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired DataVault securities between September 4, 2024 and October 30, 2025, inclusive (the "Class Period").

Investors who incurred losses during the Class Period may seek appointment as lead plaintiff by October 5, 2026.

WHAT DOES THE LAWSUIT ALLEGE?

The complaint alleges that DataVault and certain of its executives made materially false and misleading statements about the Company’s business, including the economic value of announced corporate partnerships and the amount of activity occurring on the DataVault Platform.

Among other things, the lawsuit alleges that defendants failed to disclose that:

  • DataVault had allegedly overstated the economic value of partnerships with companies including Burke Products, Scilex Holding Company, and Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc.;
  • trading activity on the DataVault Platform was substantially lower than investors had been led to believe;
  • DataVault had undisclosed connections to Edward Withrow III, a convicted felon, creating potential reputational risk for the Company; and
  • as a result, defendants’ statements regarding DataVault’s business and prospects were materially false or misleading.

The complaint also alleges that DataVault promoted opportunities involving artificial intelligence, quantum computing, Web3, data monetization, and other technologies without providing investors an accurate picture of the economic value or operating activity supporting certain of those initiatives.

WHAT HAPPENED TO DATAVAULT’S STOCK?

On October 31, 2025, Wolfpack Research published a report questioning DataVault’s public representations regarding its corporate partnerships, blockchain marketplace activity, and certain relationships involving Company leadership.

After the report was published, DataVault’s stock price declined $0.45 per share, or approximately 19.4%, from $2.30 per share on October 30, 2025 to $1.85 per share on October 31, 2025.

The lawsuit alleges that DataVault investors were damaged as the alleged truth concerning the Company’s business and operations became known to the market.

WHAT CAN DATAVAULT INVESTORS DO?
